Terms and Conditions for the Fly Me! Program

1. Program Overview

The Fly Me! Program is designed to enhance participants’ English proficiency and provide the necessary skills and knowledge to succeed in aviation interviews. The program includes:

• Duration: 24 weeks
• Delivery:
  • English language classes conducted online, 2 hours per week, delivered by a British Council-accredited institution.
  • Webinars presented by Avicoaching UK consultants at least once every four weeks on varying dates and times.

2. Registration and Placement

• Upon completing payment and confirming registration, participants will undergo an English proficiency assessment to determine their class placement.
• Placement decisions are made jointly by Avicoaching UK and the accredited language institution.
• Participants can only attend classes scheduled for their designated proficiency level. Class schedules will be shared with participants prior to the program start date.
• No Class Changes: After the program has commenced, requests to switch classes will not be accepted.

3. Refund and Postponement Policy

• By enrolling in the program, participants agree that no refunds, deferments, or suspensions will be provided under any circumstances, regardless of the reason for withdrawal.
• If Avicoaching UK is unable to deliver any portion of the program for any reason, participants will receive a refund proportional to the undelivered portion. This refund policy is guaranteed by Avicoaching UK.
• In the event of any missed sessions due to unforeseen circumstances, Avicoaching UK commits to rescheduling the session within seven days. If Avicoaching UK fails to reschedule within this period, participants will receive a refund proportional to the undelivered portion. This refund policy is guaranteed by Avicoaching UK.

4. Awards and Certification

• Awards: Awards will be granted based on participants’ performance, evaluated through:
  • Instructor feedback from the accredited institution.
  • Exam results.
  • Attendance records.
• Participants must attend at least 80% of English online classes over 24 weeks to qualify for awards. In case of a tie in scores, attendance rates will serve as the tiebreaker.
• Certification: At the end of 24 weeks, all participants will receive a certificate from the British Council-accredited institution, reflecting their achieved level. Full attendance for the 24-week program is mandatory to receive the certificate.

5. Code of Conduct and Legal Responsibility

• Confidentiality: Participants are strictly prohibited from:
  • Recording online lessons or webinars.
  • Sharing such recordings on any platform.
  • Using other participants’ personal information without consent.
• Any violations will result in legal and disciplinary action, with participants being held solely responsible for any consequences.
• Behavior during Online Classes: Participants are expected to adhere to appropriate conduct during online lessons. Disruptive behavior, such as failing to respond to instructors’ warnings, disturbing other participants, or any form of misconduct, may result in the cancellation of the participant’s training and program participation.
• Disciplinary Action: If a participant’s training is terminated for disciplinary reasons, the fees for the missed sessions will be refunded, with a penalty fee of 300 GBP deducted. If the amount to be refunded is less than 300 GBP, no refund will be provided. Participants whose training is terminated for misconduct will only be allowed to rejoin the program with prior approval from Avicoaching UK. Without approval, the participant will forfeit all rights to the program and awards.

6. Payment Terms for 12-Week Payment Option

• Participants who start the program with the 12-week payment option are required to pay for the remaining 12 weeks of the 24-week program within the 12th week. If the payment is not made within this period, the participant will not be allowed to continue the program from the 13th week and will lose their rights to further participation or awards.
• Participants who have paid for the first 12 weeks and wish to continue with the full 24-week program cannot enroll in any other 24-week program during the same period. Each participant is only eligible to participate in the 24-week program they have started.

7. Liability Disclaimer

• While Avicoaching UK and the accredited institution strive to provide high-quality educational services, they are not responsible for any participant’s failure to achieve desired results.
• Participants are expected to actively engage in the program to maximize their learning outcomes.

8. Data Protection

• Participant data will be processed in compliance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR). Personal information will only be used for program administration and will not be shared with third parties without explicit consent.

9. Governing Law

• These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
